About Fieldhouse Fitness
Fieldhouse Fitness is a personal coaching company. I specialize in performance training, weight loss, and lean bulking. I'm NOT JUST a trainer. I am interested in your overall well-being, so we refer to ourselves as coaches. In addition to 1-on-1 in person coaching, Fieldhouse also conducts online training, in-person small group training (3-4 persons), and weekend warrior classes. Personalized fitness and nutrition plans are created to aid the self-guided journey at home. Rest assured, with virtual and in-person sessions, your coach is with you every step of the way.
I am motivated and inspired by my clients who do the same for me. Through this exchange, the culture of GRIT was created. GRIT stands for growth, resilience, intensity, and tenacity. You must have the determination to succeed in life. As with fitness, you must be consistent, persistent, and disciplined.
Meet your Coach and Owner
I became a personal trainer to energize and encourage individuals to achieve and exceed their goals. Traits needed to succeed in the gym are also required outside of the recreational space. For that reason, I don’t consider myself a personal trainer. I consider myself a fitness coach helping my clients thrive in all areas of life. I have over 15+ years of experience playing sports such as football, basketball, soccer, and track & field. I specialize in unleashing your inner athlete!
